About The Position

We are seeking a professional, high-energy Valet Attendant to join our team at VPNE Parking Solutions. The ideal candidate provides an exceptional guest experience, handles vehicles safely, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background and RMV check.
• Hold a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record insurable by VPNE.
• Proficient in driving a stick shift (manual transmission) and able to pass a driving test.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, run, and move quickly to retrieve vehicles.
• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Friendly, upbeat, outgoing personality with a willingness to smile and go the extra mile.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of valet experience OR 2 years of general driving.

Responsibilities

• Always operate vehicles safely to minimize accidents and ensure overall safety.
• Provide enthusiastic, exceptional service using VPNE-approved professional language.
• Keep strict track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage; organize cars efficiently.
• Maintain organization, facilitate smooth shift transitions, and complete assigned cleaning duties.
• Adhere strictly to the VPNE attendance policy, uniform standards, and grooming guidelines.
