A Valet-Parking Attendant takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Hotel and you'll be part of a great team of helpful people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. The Valet Attendant is a key member of the front drive and arrival team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest and visitors’ vehicles safely, including assisting guests with luggage upon check-in and check-out and assisting with and checking luggage as needed.

Responsibilities

Servicing our guests around our beautiful Hotel
Handling tasks in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction
Providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
Parking and retrieving guest and visitors’ vehicles safely
Assisting guests with luggage upon check-in and check-out
Assisting with and checking luggage as needed
