About The Position

Provide professional Valet service while cashiering, receiving, parking, and returning guests’ vehicles in a safe, timely, and friendly manner while following safe driving practices and obeying traffic laws and garage policies. Greet all guests and answer questions about our valet service and the surrounding Seattle area. Process all point of sale transactions accurately. Provide accurate and concise directions and information about Seattle Center Campus, the Space Needle, and other Seattle area destinations.

Requirements

Excellent guest service and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and solve problems independently under challenging conditions
No more than one driving infraction in the past three years
Ability to drive a manual transmission
Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Multitasking abilities
Able to communicate effectively using the English language

Nice To Haves

Strong guest service background with a proven track record to provide professional, world class guest service in busy conditions
Previous Valet experience helpful but not required
