Seasonal Overnight Valet Attendant
About The Position
Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time seasonal opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles. Attendants are expected to maintain a professional appearance, resolve issues, and be an active part of the team. The job requires being outdoors and active, with tasks including standing, walking, and occasionally helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. Additional duties may include small cleaning or maintenance tasks, or other special projects as assigned by local management.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Ability to drive manual/stick-shift car.
- Energetic, outgoing.
- Able to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language.
- Friendly, professional approach to everyone.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Responsibilities
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain company uniform appearance.
- Resolve issues and be a pleasure to be with.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
