About The Position

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring friendly, dependable Valet Attendants for luxury hotels throughout the city of Pittsburgh. This role involves staying active, assisting guests, and safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The position is for full-time and part-time employment, with shifts available during day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday periods. The role is classified as Non-Exempt and offers potential earnings of $20.00+ per hour, including base pay and tips. The base pay is $9.50 per hour, varying by property. PMC supports employees' and applicants' legally protected rights to discuss compensation and prohibits retaliation for exercising those rights. Personal phone expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy and applicable law.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
No more than three moving violations in the past three years
Meet applicable background and driving-record screening requirements, consistent with applicable law
Strong customer-service skills
Professional appearance
Dependable attendance
Ability to remain calm during busy periods
Ability to operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required
Availability for assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Previous valet, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with vehicle drop-off, pickup, luggage, and directions.
Safely park and retrieve vehicles, document existing damage, and secure keys.
Manage traffic flow, answer questions, and support teammates.
Keep valet areas organized and follow safety, privacy, uniform, attendance, and tip-reporting procedures.
