About The Position

As a valet attendant, you will be responsible for delivering concierge services to garage tenants, ensuring courteous, reliable, and efficient customer service that aligns with customer expectations and established performance standards.

Requirements

MUST HAVE VALET EXPERIENCE
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Courteous and tactful to patrons, visitors and employees
Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data and reports
Reliable with the ability to work varied and flexible schedule
Leadership skills
Ability to recognize problems and execute solutions
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Complete multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of self-direction
Work well in a team environment
Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record
Time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to deal with ambiguity and remain calm / maintain positive attitude under pressure
Must have the demonstrated ability to not disclose confidential information; along with precise and careful handling of critically sensitive and confidential documents
Must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Ability to calculate basic mathematical figures
Ability to communicate effectively
Must have a valid DL and clean driving record
Background check required
