About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, explaining parking rates, and assisting guests with self-parking. You will also be responsible for inspecting vehicles, maintaining a professional appearance, resolving issues, and potentially assisting with cleaning or maintenance tasks. This position requires being active outdoors for most of the day, involving standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50lbs.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Ability to drive manual (stick-shift) cars.
• Prior valet experience.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
