About The Position

Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and assisting with luggage. It also requires inspecting vehicles, maintaining a professional appearance, and being active outdoors. Occasional cleaning or maintenance tasks may be assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their vehicles.
May assist Bellman with customer luggage.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
Maintain the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and being an all-around pleasure to be with.
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
