About The Position
Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring friendly, dependable Valet Attendants for luxury hotels throughout the city. Stay active, assist guests, and safely park and retrieve vehicles in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
- Meet applicable background and driving record screening requirements, consistent with applicable law.
- Strong customer-service skills, professional appearance, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to remain calm during busy periods and operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required.
- Availability for assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous valet, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with vehicle drop-off, pickup, luggage, and directions.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, document existing damage, and secure keys.
- Manage traffic flow, answer questions, and support teammates.
- Keep valet areas organized and follow safety, privacy, uniform, attendance, and tip-reporting procedures.
