Overnight Valet Attendant

About The Position

The Valet Attendant parks and retrieves customers’ vehicles while making an exceptional impression on every guest. The role involves engaging with customers in a positive and friendly manner and providing safe, efficient service. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a driver’s license.
Pass an RMV background check.
Maintain uniform standards.
Maintain a professional and polite manner.
Adhere to VPNE’s attendance policy.
Be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
Operate vehicles safely to minimize the potential for accidents.
Track keys and cars throughout the garage.
Maintain an upbeat attitude and help create a positive environment for team members and customers.
Be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide courteous, professional service.
Open doors for customers and assist them with getting in and out of their vehicles as needed.
Park customers’ vehicles safely and securely in designated areas.
Retrieve vehicles promptly when customers are ready to leave.
Keep the parking area clean and tidy, removing trash and debris.
Track vehicle keys and ensure they are returned to the correct customers.
Address customers’ questions or concerns and provide a positive experience.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and protect customers’ vehicles.
Maintain garage organization and cleanliness.
Help facilitate the transition at the end of the shift.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
