About The Position

A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. As the first and last point of contact for guests, Valet Attendants are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. A warm welcome, positive attitude, and professional appearance are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a minimum of two (2) years of licensed driving experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts as required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous valet, parking, hospitality, customer service, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Open and close vehicle doors for guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Provide clear instructions regarding the valet process and vehicle retrieval procedures.
• Direct traffic to maintain a safe and organized flow of vehicles.
• Issue valet tickets and accurately explain the retrieval process.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Turn off vehicles and secure keys according to company procedures.
• Maintain awareness of surrounding vehicles, pedestrians, and property to ensure a safe environment.
• Support daily parking operations and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure operational excellence.
• Promote a positive image of LAZ Parking through professionalism and exceptional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
