About The Position

Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles. The attendant is expected to maintain company uniform appearance, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with. The position requires being outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. Local management may also ask for assistance with small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Must have a valid driver's license (at least 2 years).
Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
Maintain the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
