The Valet Attendant is responsible for ensuring department adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures. This role involves accurately assigning and verifying vehicle claim tickets upon arrival and retrieval, keeping the driveway clear of vehicles not requiring valet assistance, and maintaining cleanliness around the booth and valet area. The attendant must inspect vehicles and report any existing damages. Additionally, they will distribute vehicle claim tickets, oversee the key storage area/booth, prepare weekly work schedules, and maintain employee time and attendance records. The role also includes responding to and resolving guest concerns and complaints, as well as hiring, supervising, training, evaluating job performance, and administering discipline for team members. Other duties may be assigned by management.
