About The Position

Under general supervision of the Lead Valet Attendant, the Valet Attendant provides excellent guest service, parks and retrieves guest(s) vehicles, opens doors and greets guests as they enter or exit the facility. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Valet Operations, receiving/returning vehicles from/to guests, processing retrieval slips, and ensuring the completion of all departmental paperwork necessary for Valet Operations. The position also requires maintaining a friendly relationship with customers and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Must be able to drive both auto and standard transmissions.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must possess problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret operating procedures, technical procedures and government regulations.
  • Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity, confidentiality and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license, adequate transportation and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check.
  • Must take and successfully pass a pre-employment drug test/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
  • Must take and pass any random drug test; zero tolerance.
  • No felony or theft convictions.

  • Previous valet experience a plus.
  • Gaming Industry experience is preferred.
  • Enrolled members of the Jena Band of Choctaw tribe who satisfy the minimum job qualifications.
