About The Position

Valet Attendant – Fox Chapel Golf Club Job Summary: The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests by safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely and courteous manner. As a key part of the first and last impression of the country club, this role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Interest or familiarity with golf operations is a plus
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift (up to 40–50 lbs)
Ability to move quickly (walking/jogging) between valet and bag drop areas (This often requires running up a hill)

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Safely park and retrieve vehicles in an efficient manner
Assist with unloading and loading personal items and take out foods
Clean and organize bag drop and valet areas
Provide directions, course information, and general club assistance when needed
Maintain awareness of daily tee times, outings, and events to anticipate member needs
Ensure all vehicles and equipment are handled with care and respect
Uphold club standards of appearance, hospitality, and professionalism
