About The Position

The Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with guests and customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing safe, efficient service. The role involves maintaining the safety and organization of the operation, keeping track of keys and vehicles, and supporting a positive experience for customers and teammates. Attendants also help facilitate shift transitions and perform assigned cleaning duties.

Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Friendly and outgoing, with an upbeat personality, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile.
Able to smile during customer interactions and build relationships with customers.
Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
Ability to run and move quickly, organize cars efficiently, and stand for long periods.
Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license in state of residency.
Able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
Organized.
Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider.

Help facilitate the transition at the end of the shift.
Maintain a sharp, neatly groomed appearance.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
Adhere to VPNE's attendance policy.
