About The Position

All About Parking Inc. is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide client-facing support for valet parking, Electric Vehicles (EVs) management, and driving operations. This role involves greeting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, answering questions professionally, and driving employees and guests. Additional duties may include providing directions, assisting with traffic control, performing key audits, and completing reports. The primary goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Must have 3 years of driving experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Some customer service/public relations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to communicate in a positive manner with co-workers, customers, and vendors at all times.
  • Work effectively on a team and independently to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain EV operations.
  • Maintain Vehicle Driving Operations.
  • Accommodate a flexible work schedule, including different times and locations.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to report data and execute other duties with minimal direction.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Must possess a cell phone and email account.
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation to work.
  • Punctual with a good attendance record.

  • Provide hands-on EV training as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide client-facing support for valet parking, Electric Vehicles (EVs) management, and driving operations.
  • Greet incoming and outgoing customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely.
  • Answer customer questions professionally.
  • Drive other employees and guests to and from designated areas.
  • Provide directions on available parking.
  • Assist in providing traffic control.
  • Perform key audits.
  • Complete and distribute reports.
  • Maintain station operations.
  • Update Valet and EV charging logs.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Perform outdoor concierge/customer service duties.
  • Anticipate and facilitate customer needs (e.g., requesting cars, opening doors, assisting with wheelchairs, luggage, holding umbrellas, providing directions, directing traffic).
  • Manage difficult or emotional customer situations tactfully.
  • Perform EV charging services and manage EV charging stations.
  • Operate customer and company vehicles safely in accordance with traffic regulations, laws, and company policies.
  • Perform hourly and daily key audits, including key transfers.
  • Manage cash, valet tickets, ticketless technology systems, keys, and equipment according to company policy.
  • Assist in completing hourly and daily activity logs using Employee Portal or phone.
  • Operate, ride, rebalance, and secure bicycles for customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
  • Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and promote a harassment-free environment.
  • Be knowledgeable of Account Specific Details.
  • Be flexible with work shifts/hours to service peak volume periods, vacated shifts, and other emergency situations.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
