About The Position

Braman Miami is seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Valet Attendants to join our team. As a valet, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering exceptional service while safely parking and retrieving customer vehicles. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to providing a luxury-level experience. In addition, interior cleaning in order to provide a clean and reputable product.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Must be able to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
• Full-time availability required (Must be able to work weekends)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
• Safely Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner
• Maintain organization of the parking area and ensure efficient vehicle flow
• Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and report findings
• Interior vehicle vacuum
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with the highest level of care
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations
• Support dealership staff with additional duties assigned
