Valet Attendant - SEASONAL
About The Position
The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Valet Attendant to join our Guest Services team! Valet Attendants are responsible for ensuring the warm, friendly, and expedient service of each guest upon arrival, departure and any needs during their stay. Will provide primarily bell/shuttle service and will assist with valet service when needed. KEY COMPETENCIES: Must be very detailed oriented and have a professional demeanor. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills & effective communication. Thorough knowledge of the Seattle area as well as all hotel services and amenities is paramount for success in this position. SCHEDULE: Day and Evening Shifts – flexibility needed. Weekends required. Requirements
- A driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work both indoors and outdoors required.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic cars.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a bell attendant, or working in a similar setting is a plus.
