About The Position

Valet Park of America (VPA) is seeking full-time or part-time Valet Attendants in the Worcester area. This active role is ideal for individuals who are customer service friendly, enjoy the outdoors, and like to drive. The position offers the opportunity to get exercise while working, earn good money in a fast-paced setting, and be on your feet. VPA, a family-owned and operated business since 1990, employs nearly 1000 people across the Northeast. They have been providing services in the Worcester area since 1994, notably as the parking provider at UMass Memorial for much of that time. Available shifts include 7am-3pm, 8am-5pm, and 10am-6pm, with both day and evening availability. New locations are starting soon. Applicants should be specific about their availability when applying.

Requirements

Have your own transportation (driving experience)
Experience working in customer service
Be over the age of 18
Must speak fluent English to communicate effectively with customers
Possess a valid Class D license held for at least one year
A driving record that is approved
Keep the Class D license in good standing for the duration of employment
Undergo a criminal records check
Must be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
Must have a neat appearance and good attitude
Complete a 30-day trial period

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers
Park their vehicles
Be a visible representative of the establishment
Run back to the station and be prepared to assist the next patron after parking a vehicle
