About The Position

The Valet Attendant is the first and last point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering an exceptional first impression. You will engage with customers in a warm, positive, and friendly manner while providing safe, efficient, and professional vehicle parking and retrieval services.

Requirements

• 2 years of professional driving experience OR 1 year of dedicated valet experience.
• Full proficiency in operating manual transmissions (stick shift).
• Proficient in English (ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass an RMV background check.
• Maintain a crisp, professional, well-groomed appearance and adhere to established uniform standards.
• Strict adherence to VPNE’s attendance and safety policies is required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet arriving customers, open vehicle doors, and assist guests with entering or exiting their vehicles.
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles promptly, safely, and securely in designated areas while strictly following all safety protocols.
• Accurately track keys and vehicle locations throughout the garage to ensure seamless retrieval.
• Maintain an upbeat attitude, foster a positive environment for team members and guests, and actively facilitate smooth transitions at shift changeovers.
• Keep the parking and garage areas organized, clean, and free of debris; perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Deliver top-tier service by addressing guest questions or concerns politely and effectively.
