About The Position

Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles. Maintaining a professional appearance, resolving issues, and being an active participant in the team are key aspects of this position. The role requires being outdoors and active, with potential for light cleaning or maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Must have a valid driver's license (at least 2 years).
• Must be able to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues.
• Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
