Provides valet parking services for Chinook Winds Gaming Center and offers excellent customer service to guests. This role involves greeting customers, distributing tickets, securing keys, driving and retrieving vehicles, and providing information about the resort's events, promotions, and services. The Valet Attendant is also responsible for maintaining the security of keys, performing general upkeep of the valet areas, identifying and reporting hazards, and operating shuttle buses when needed. All Valets are required to run to and from the valet parking lot and perform duties in accordance with customer service standards, while also providing input for process improvements.
