About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities with the chance to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles. You will also be responsible for maintaining uniform appearance, resolving issues, and potentially assisting with small cleaning or maintenance tasks. This position requires being outside and active for most of the day, involving standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50lbs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
Energetic, outgoing.
Able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs, if needed.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Valet parking experience: 1 year+
Customer service experience: 1 year+
Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
Maintain company uniform appearance.
Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
