From greeting customers with a smile to safely parking and retrieving vehicles, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and providing outstanding service, we'd love to have you on our team. Available Shifts Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • 3 years of licensed driving experience
  • Walk at a brisk pace or jog
  • Bending, sitting, and standing repeatedly
  • Pulling and pushing, as in opening and closing car doors, consistently for entire shift
  • May be required to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
  • Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity
  • A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and service standards

Nice To Haves

  • Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
  • Previous experience in a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
  • Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs
  • Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required
  • Support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment
  • Assist with special events, high-volume periods, and site-specific operational needs
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns
