About The Position

The Hi Lo Hotel in downtown Portland is looking for an energetic and fun Valet person to make a difference at their hotel. This role involves driving guest and hotel patrons' vehicles to and from hotel parking facilities in a safe and efficient manner, while providing Legendary Service and teamwork. The position focuses on ensuring a seamless arrival and departure for all guests, handling their belongings with care, and assisting patrons as needed.

Requirements

At least 21 years old
Ability to hustle
Self-starter
Must be able to drive automatic and standard transmission.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Must have a valid/unexpired Drivers License.

Nice To Haves

Previous valet and/or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing Legendary Service and teamwork.
Greeting, welcoming, and accommodating all guests.
Providing a seamless arrival and departure for all guests.
Handling guest belongings, luggage, clothing, and vehicles with care and respect.
Transporting hotel guest in hotel town car safely and efficiently.
Valet Parking guest cars to and from the parking garage.
Assuring a quick and discreet departure while conveying appreciation and hope to return.
Assisting elderly and disabled patrons of the hotel as needed.
Perform all duties and responsibilities asked of you in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
