About The Position
Mariner Sands Country Club is seeking a dedicated and professional Valet to join our team. The Valet will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests by managing vehicle parking and retrieval in a safe and efficient manner. Also requires transportation to/from Club for employees. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including manual transmission.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
- Provide information about the club and its amenities to guests.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and parking regulations.
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
