About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused AZ/DZ Vacuum Truck Operator Trainee to join our operations team. In this hands-on role, you will receive training to safely operate and drive vacuum trucks while supporting industrial, municipal, and environmental services projects.

Requirements

• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license
• Clean driver’s abstract in good standing
• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong commitment to safety

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive manual transmissions (13- or 18-speed) is an asset
• Experience with vacuum trucks, wastewater, or hydro-excavation equipment is an asset, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive vacuum trucks servicing industrial, wastewater, water, and hydro-excavation projects
• Perform pre-trip, on-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles, systems, and equipment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling vacuum hoses and equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
• Operate equipment safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and regulatory standards
