About The Position

EquipmentShare is immediately hiring a Vacuum Truck Driver - Sanitation Division (Non-CDL) for our rental facility in Hubbard, TX to be responsible for safely operating a vacuum truck to service sanitation trailers and portable sanitation equipment. This position is responsible for servicing customer equipment, transporting wastewater for proper disposal, replenishing freshwater and consumable supplies, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with all DOT, environmental, and company safety standards.

Requirements

  • Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations
  • Must pass DOT physical, as trucks driven are over 10k lbs
  • Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to travel frequently
  • This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Operates vacuum truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • Safely services sanitation trailers and portable sanitation equipment at customer locations.
  • Pumps, transports, and disposes of wastewater in accordance with all federal, state, local, and company environmental regulations.
  • Refills freshwater tanks and replenishes consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer.
  • Inspects sanitation trailers and equipment before and after service to identify damage, leaks, or maintenance concerns.
  • Completes daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintains accurate service tickets, disposal documentation, inspection reports, and other required paperwork using company technology.
  • Safely operates vacuum pumps, hoses, valves, and related service equipment.
  • Maintains cleanliness and professional appearance of assigned vehicle and equipment.
  • Provides outstanding customer service while representing EquipmentShare professionally at all customer locations.
  • Performs routine vehicle checks, including oil, coolant, DEF (if applicable), tires, and other fluid levels; reports maintenance concerns to supervisor.
  • Responds to emergency or unscheduled service requests as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
