About The Position

This role takes a leadership position to drive sales results and exceed targets for volume, revenue, and profitability. The specialist will deliver flu portfolio product sales in key accounts, analyze customer objectives, and develop strategic business plans. They will represent the company's customer experience vision, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and act as the voice of the customer. The role involves leading customer dialogues to promote Seqirus brands and improve flu outcomes, as well as participating in internal workstreams to provide market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences or equivalent years’ experience.
  • 1-2 years of Vaccines or strong B2B experience and 2 years as a Vaccine Sales Specialist
  • Strong Communication Skills and science learning agility

Responsibilities

  • Takes a leadership role to drives sales results to achieve / exceed specific sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Deliver flu portfolio product sales in key accounts including Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, independent/corp owned HCPs
  • Analyzes accounts’ near-term and longer-term objectives and promotes sales and implementation of company products and services aligned to provider goals.
  • Develops a routing, strategic key account business plan, pre-call planning
  • Reports timely feedback regarding account trends and anticipated impact on sales.
  • Represents the Seqirus Customer Experience vision internally and externally.
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to educate and solve challenges to drive optimal customer experience.
  • Acts as the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders to build acumen on customer challenges.
  • Leads effective dialog with customers that proactively position Seqirus brands with the ultimate goal of improving flu and providing an excellent customer experience
  • Serves on various internal workstreams and focus groups to provide market insights
