The Vaccine Coordinator provides organizational leadership for all vaccine management activities across the health system, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant vaccine practices. This position oversees the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program, supports vaccine inventory management, develops standardized workflows, and partners with clinical leadership to improve immunization rates and regulatory compliance. The Vaccine Coordinator serves as the subject matter expert for immunization practices, providing education, coaching, and ongoing support to clinic vaccine champions and clinical staff while ensuring adherence to CDC, ACIP, state immunization program, VFC, and organizational standards.
