About The Position

As a Vacation Sales Ambassador Supervisor, you are responsible for carrying out your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in sales.
  • Must have supervisory experience.
  • Must be able to work shifts if necessary to ensure ample site coverage to maximize production.
  • Must be able to respond to team members inquiries regarding payroll, spiffs, and policy/procedure concerns.
  • Must be able to assist in any customer service relation issues pertaining to the selling of FPS packages.
  • Must be able to help manager meet and achieve budgetary FPS package production targets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Complete Ride-alongs when needed, complete documentation, and discuss with FPS Manager.
  • Pro-actively assists in training of new hires on site to assist department.
  • Create and implement effective FPS package sales strategies and support the area based sales teams toward achievement of area sales objectives.
  • Work directly with Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager to create and implement effective POS package sales strategies.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to ensure production based shift allocation for scheduling.
  • Works with Marketing Manager to create and coordinate on-going training and fulfills role of Marketing Manager in their absence.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures and maintained and upheld by all team members.
  • Ensure timely processing of schedule for team on a weekly basis.
  • Works shifts if necessary to ensure ample site coverage to maximize production.
