Vacation Sales Representative
About The Position
Bluegreen Vacations is seeking outgoing individuals to join their team as Vacation Sales Representatives. This is a face-to-face sales role located inside of Bass Pro Shops in Mesa, AZ. The company inspires people to discover the power of vacation and how it can lead to happier and more fulfilling lives. Their Vacation Club provides access to a collection of 69 unique resorts across 40 destinations in the U.S. and Caribbean, offering various accommodation types. The innovative points-based platform allows owners to personalize their vacations. Note: Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (HGV) acquired Bluegreen Vacations Corporation as of January 17, 2024. If hired, you will be an employee of Bluegreen, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HGV. Integration of technology, systems, and branding is occurring, but separate operating systems, employment policies, and benefits will take time to fully integrate.

Responsibilities
- Utilize your unique personality and passion to engage and meet face-to-face with potential customers creating excitement and interest in Bluegreen Vacations.
- Sell vacation getaways to Bluegreen Vacations destinations across the US.
- Have negotiation skills to close deals overcoming customers concerns in a professional manner.
- Strong winning mindset, positive attitude, and desire to learn
