About The Position

This role involves greeting and engaging with customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities. The representative will deliver presentations highlighting the benefits of vacation ownership, build rapport with guests, identify their vacation interests and needs, and meet or exceed sales goals. Additionally, they will stay informed about promotions, destinations, and product offerings, provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages, and participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year sales experience is a plus, but a positive demeanor and willingness to learn are even more important
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks
