Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or related experience preferred
  • Strong ability to overcome objections
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in different sales techniques
  • Professional team player with a positive, upbeat attitude

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine connections and establish rapport with guests and potential clients
  • Present and sell exclusive vacation packages to pre-qualified leads
  • Clearly explain the VIP benefits of traveling as a Club Wyndham owner
  • Encourage owners to upgrade their vacation ownership with VIP-level perks
  • Showcase Wyndham’s luxury Presidential Suites at Club Wyndham Avenue Plaza and Club Wyndham La Belle Maison
  • Tailor your presentations to meet each client’s unique needs and travel goals
  • Follow up to enhance owner satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate actively in ongoing sales training and team meetings
