About The Position
Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Vacation Sales Manager to lead a team of 7-9 Sales Representatives within the Bass Pro Shops located in Lawrenceville, GA. This role is part of the Retail Marketing team, responsible for marketing and selling affordable, family-friendly mini vacation packages. The manager will be responsible for staffing, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team in a fun and energetic environment. The sales representatives earn uncapped commission, and the manager's earnings are tied to their team's sales performance. The company is growing and looking for leaders who can grow with the organization and thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment.
