About The Position

Capital Vacations is hiring elite in-house closers to sell vacation ownership face-to-face at Kahana Falls. This role is for impact players who want the easiest path to six figures (and beyond) on the island. Top representatives can realistically earn $150K - $300K+, with top performers clearing over $300K. The position offers the lowest hurdles in Hawaii, allowing for faster payouts and the best compensation plan in the market. You will receive up to 18% commission, weekly commission checks, and sell vacation ownership at Kahana Falls Resort in Lahaina, HI. The role involves selling vacation ownership to warm, pre-qualified tours, with no cold chasing required. Paid training and full benefits are provided, and there are over 90 destinations to sell.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii Real Estate License REQUIRED
• Proven closer mentality (timeshare/high-ticket helps)
• Comfortable asking for the sale every time
• Willing to work weekends & holidays
• On-island and ready to work
