About The Position

The Vacation Sales Ambassador will greet and engage with Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly and professional manner. This role involves delivering compelling presentations, establishing trust with guests, identifying their travel interests and needs, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The ambassador will also provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages, and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge of offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
