About The Position

This is an on-site, face-to-face sales position located at our marketing locations and events. This is not a remote or work-from-home role. The environment is fun, fast-paced, and theme park and event-style, similar to a carnival atmosphere. Requirements
- A positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Resilience, a competitive mindset, and motivation to exceed goals
- Comfort using MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior sales experience needed; we train the right people!
Responsibilities
- Create fun, engaging conversations with vacationing families
- Promote exciting vacation experiences and preview tours
- Book reservations and help guests get vacation-ready
- Use smart technology to manage appointments and guest information
- Learn sales strategies that help grow your skills, and your paycheck
