About The Position
As a Vacation Planning Specialist, you will work directly with clients to research, coordinate, and book travel arrangements, including cruises, resorts, hotels, flights, destination weddings, family vacations, and group travel. Applicants must reside in the United States or Mexico and be legally authorized to work in their country of residence.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the United States or Mexico
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and online booking systems
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for travel and helping others

- No previous travel industry experience required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning customized vacation experiences
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel packages
- Book and manage travel reservations, including cruises, flights, hotels, and excursions
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the travel planning process
- Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
- Maintain accurate client and booking records
