About The Position
Do you love researching destinations, comparing vacation options, and helping people turn their travel ideas into actual plans? We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Vacation Planning Specialists to assist clients with creating personalized vacation experiences. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with flexibility to manage your schedule while developing skills in the travel industry.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable researching information online
- Ability to learn new technology and reservation platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Genuine interest in travel and helping others
Nice To Haves
- Previous travel industry experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Learn about each client's vacation preferences, interests, and budget
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
- Compare available travel options and supplier offerings
- Create personalized vacation recommendations
- Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements
- Prepare organized itineraries and important travel information
- Communicate with clients throughout the planning process
- Provide support before, during, and after travel
- Stay informed about destinations, promotions, and travel suppliers
