About The Position
We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy travel, organization, and helping others create memorable experiences. As a Vacation Planning Specialist, you'll work with clients to research and coordinate vacations based on their interests, preferences, and budget.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer and online resources
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Must reside in an eligible location within the U.S., U.K., Australia, Latin America, or Spain
Nice To Haves
- Previous travel industry experience is not required
Responsibilities
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, and vacation packages
- Help clients compare options and select travel that fits their needs
- Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements
- Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process
- Provide destination information and travel recommendations
- Assist with reservation questions or changes when needed
