Do you enjoy researching destinations, comparing vacation options, and helping others turn their travel ideas into well-organized plans? We are looking for motivated individuals interested in assisting clients with vacation research, planning, and coordination. This remote opportunity is well suited for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and has an interest in travel and hospitality. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are available to help you develop the skills needed to get started.

Responsibilities

Research destinations and vacation options based on client interests, preferences, and budgets
Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel options
Assist with planning and coordinating vacation arrangements
Research activities, excursions, transportation, and destination experiences
Help organize itineraries and important trip details
Communicate with clients throughout the vacation planning process
Assist with reservation details, updates, and travel documentation
Maintain organized client and booking information
Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and available supplier resources
