As a Vacation Planner, you will be a trusted guide, problem-solver, and instrumental in making each guest's stay unforgettable. You will help guests find and book the perfect vacation rental, turn conversations into confirmed bookings through personalized service, share expert knowledge of properties and the local area, and deliver a seamless experience from inquiry to arrival. Collaboration across departments is key to ensuring guest stays exceed expectations, and building relationships to foster repeat visitors is a primary goal. Requirements
- A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people
- Goal-driven and motivated to succeed in a performance-based role
- Organized, detailed-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive problem-solver with a “make it happen” mindset
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service every time
- Must be available on Saturdays and weekends during peak season (May–September)
