About The Position
Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking professional Sales Agents. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of closing a sale in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Pay: Our top performers after one year of employment can average $85,000+ per year by working an average of 33 hours per week. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and phenomenal attitude.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously.
Nice To Haves
- Telesales experience is a plus, but not required.
- 1 year Call Center Sales experience
- 1 year experience working in Timeshare
Responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of outbound calls using a predictive dialer (No cold calling).
- Ability to overcome objections.
