About The Position

The Berry Companies is seeking a Vacation Owners Services Representative to become an integral member of the VOS team, providing exceptional customer service to the Vacation Owners of Eastern Slope Inn & Attitash Mt. Village. This role involves supporting the team with unit/owner relocations and special projects, as well as handling inbound and outbound calls from Vacation Owners regarding all aspects of their ownership. The ideal candidate values clear processes and possesses strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access
  • General understanding of Windows 10 computers and peripheral equipment
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, be organized, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and projects
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • High school or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Answering and responding to all owner questions via phone and email.
  • Updating records of Vacation Owner interactions and filing documents, including RDP Electronic filing.
  • Keeping detailed records of Owner interactions in the Concord database and Communication Logs.
  • Servicing Vacation Owners regarding ownership contracts, requests for unit transfers, and requests for relinquishment of ownership.
  • Providing direction to Vacation Owners who wish to opt out and/or counseling them on ways to maintain and utilize their ownership.
  • Scheduling Vacation Owner appointments using Calendly, verbally, or face-to-face.
  • Assisting with ownership/unit relocations, including verbal and written correspondence, data verification, and data entry.
  • Merging documents using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Contacting Vacation Owners for inventory projects and Special Assessments.
  • Document filing and organizing files, including document disposal as requested.
  • Distributing department mail, connecting with the Administration Office.
  • Providing administrative support for the department manager as requested.
