About The Position
As a Vacation Home Attendant, you are responsible for meeting the owners' expectations, maintaining the vacation homes, and meeting or exceeding the Boyne Star Standard. As a Boyne Mountain team member, there are many perks such as ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes, and discounts for food, beverages, retail, daycare, and more.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Six months to one year related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Organized and have a great attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Reviewing daily task list to prioritize tasks and determine which rooms need inspection
- Utilizing Springer Miller software to determine which units are accessible
- Inspecting rooms; assisting in reporting minor repairs and updates as needed
- Photographing and creating a photo log of the units and recording all inventory
- Assisting with departure inspections and owner arrival inspections
