About The Position

In this role, you will work closely with clients to design personalized travel experiences, including luxury resort stays, cruises, romantic getaways, group vacations, and special occasion travel tailored to their unique interests and preferences. As a Vacation Experience Advisor, you will consult with clients to understand their travel goals, research destinations and accommodations, provide customized recommendations, coordinate reservations, and manage travel arrangements from initial inquiry through completion. You will serve as a trusted resource throughout the planning process, ensuring every detail is carefully organized to create a seamless and memorable experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple client requests, and maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
