The Vacancy Coordinator plays an important role in keeping upcoming vacant properties on track and well-prepared for new residents. In this role, you’ll guide homes through each stage of the vacancy lifecycle from preparing for a move-out to coordinating a smooth move-in, helping ensure an efficient and positive transition for everyone involved. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team across maintenance, customer success, and external partners, staying connected to each property’s status while helping coordinate next steps.
