About The Position
CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a Benefits Advisor to support our client at MacDill AFB in Florida. The role involves conducting transition activities in support of the VA, including standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, one-on-one engagements, pre-separation counseling support, military life cycle (MLC) events, Capstone events, and warm-handover support. This is an entry-level instructor position responsible for delivering established curriculum and training tools, ensuring course content and delivery methods align with established training objectives.

- Ability to participate in weekly Site Lead meetings.
